They are Diamond Executive Directors with Premier Designs, Inc. Premier Designs is a high fashion jewelry company in Irving, Texas. Randy & Elizabeth have been involved with Premier Designs for 21 years and have built a large business with the company. They work with Jewelers in 37 states, and enjoy motivating and training them to succeed by meeting their financial needs and owning their own business. Randy serves on the Board of Directors of Premier Designs, Inc. and the Horner-Premier Foundation. Randy & Elizabeth also serve on the Board of Directors for CitiVision, Inc., an inner-city ministry in Manhattan and camp ministry in Ulster Park, New York. Randy and Elizabeth both speak at churches and organizations regularly in the DFW area, and are active in their home church, Fellowship Church, in Grapevine, Texas. Before Premier Designs, Randy built custom homes in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area from 1983 to 1988. Elizabeth was a third grade teacher for four years until she retired to become a “stay at home” mom. Randy & Elizabeth train and motivate thousands of business people all over America each year. They love to encourage and challenge people, to be all that God wants them to be. They use laughter and timeless life principles from the Bible to inspire every audience. They have a passion for life and love sharing their life experiences in a relevant and inspiring way. Randy & Elizabeth are “High School Sweethearts,” and have been married since 1977. They have two sons, Kyle-24 and Kevin-21.
